My staples...

Whey Protein
Ephedrine HCL and Caffeine ( tie )
Creatine - pick your fav. - Mono, CEE, Malate, etc...... all work for me.

Of course, don't forget about Beef, Chicken, Milk, Rice, etc......
Without them, you can forget about your supps. being worth the bottles they come in...

is what I always take, but I dont really consider the last 2 supps, just food.

So as far as "actual" supps that I take

Primaforce - Lean green
Primaforce - Substance WPI
Primaforce - Pure ALA

Costco - Fish oil

Udo's oil blend

Also NOW - NAC
and any brand of vitamin C. I just pop the 500mg pills throughout the day whenever i walk by it. Usually in the morning, sometimes mid day, and pre/post workout. Also before bed sometimes. I get about 2000-3000mg of vitamin C a day.

Those are just general health supplements that i like to take for my well being and for their anti oxidant properties.

The amount i eat and workout and the amount of cellular stress I put my body under i figure it needs as much help as it can get. All of the food being digested and working out creates a lot of free radicals. More than three products i know, but those are my staples. Although i may drop ALA at some point due to cost.
