Of course, don't forget about Beef, Chicken, Milk, Rice, etc...... Without them, you can forget about your supps. being worth the bottles they come in... - EME

| Pro Stature | 1) Vitamin and mineral supps (multi + extras) 2) Whey protein 3) EFAs is what I always take, but I dont really consider the last 2 supps, just food. So as far as "actual" supps that I take 1) Vitamins and minerals (multi and extras) 2) Ephedrine & caffeine combo 3) Creatine

I just pop the 500mg pills throughout the day whenever i walk by it. Usually in the morning, sometimes mid day, and pre/post workout. Also before bed sometimes. I get about 2000-3000mg of vitamin C a day. Those are just general health supplements that i like to take for my well being and for their anti oxidant properties. The amount i eat and workout and the amount of cellular stress I put my body under i figure it needs as much help as it can get. All of the food being digested and working out creates a lot of free radicals. More than three products i know, but those are my staples. Although i may drop ALA at some point due to cost. |
