Default Are these goals reasonable? Please help me out!

121 Days
Goal: Body Recomposition
Stats: 180lbs @ 18% : 33 lbs Fat, 147 LBM
Want: 180lbs @ 10-12% : 20 lbs Fat, 160 LBM
Goal over 121 Days: - 13-15 lbs fat, + 13-15 lbs muscle

Start: 2/14/06
Phase 1: X-Factor Bulk - 50 days
Supps: X-Factor, CMs, GMS, SizeON, Green Bulge, R-ALA, Fenotest
Goal: 10-12 pounds Lean Muscle, drop a few lbs fat

Phase 2: Xpand Bulk/Maintance - HST - 21 days
Supps: Xpand, Fish Oils, Flax, Sesamin, Cissus,
Goal: Maintain Size / Try HST for 3 weeks(1 week 15 reps, 1 week 10 reps, 1 week 5 reps)
Gain the last few pounds

Phase 3: Ketosis for 10 days(Prepare for Cut)
Supps: Sesamin, Fishoils, Flax, Cissus, HMB, Finish up Xtend
Goal: Drop 2-3 lbs

Phase 4: X-Factor Cut - 40-50 days
Supps: X-Factor, Glucophase, ECA/Stimulant, Creatine, HMB
Goal: Drop about 10 pounds of fat(or more), and muscle wouldnt hurt
End: 6/14/06 unless I continue X-Factor

I know X-Factor is no miracle supplement and you have to workout and etc, but it does help like **** to gain size while cutting and lose fat while bulking (atleast from what I've heard).
If a 220 pound person can gain 10 pounds of mass on X-Factor alone, I have yet to find out what its about to do to me.

Please critique my stack, tell me how to improve it, and tell me if my goals are reasonable.
As far as the HMB, I hear it works at high enough doses(read reveiws and an article by Derek), so I'll throw it into the mix just for the **** of it .

That's quite a change, I wouldn't say it's impossible, though. Your diet will have to be spot on and you better lift like crazy.

I agree with chlaxman. This is ambitious, but I think you need to put your emphasis on diet and exercise for that to happen. Most people list what they are going to do, not what they are going to take supplement-wise. Eat right and lift big *ss heavy weights (without hurting yourself).

If you don't get it done, you will be still in the best shape of your life. I think it is quite possible but you won't be able to have cheat days and skipped workouts... it will be serious for you to do as much as possible .

One thing I would do is make out your meal plan, tape that bastard to your fridge, and follow it precisely. It gets tough, but you'll learn to eat the way you need to, not want to. Another thing, focus on strength gains. If your weights are going up, that is a VERY, VERY good thing.

Ight thanks!
Do you think I should do the X-Factor cut or do something like LipidFX/Melting Point + Stimulant + Sesamin + Glucophase or what?
Any other suggestions?

Nothing to do with supplements, but something that has always helped me when I was trying for a big change is to set a series of short term goals. That helped me to not get frustrated and also served to let me know if I needed to make any modifications along the way. It seems no matter how thoroughly I lay out a supplement plan, changes always need to be made.

Yeah but that doesnt work for me. Even if I lose fat, my weight always stays the same, so that REALLY pisses me off.
