I've emailed Ron (the owner) all of the addresses. i'll try to let you guys (and gal) know when they are shipped so you can know when to expect them. they will be shipped Fedex, and USPS for those in canuckistan.

i'm going to be starting my dicana log on 2/12. i'll be done with my swole v3 log on the 5th, and i'll take the week cleaning up my diet. i've already started to eat a little under maintenance (mostly from dropping junk), so it won't be too bad. only problem is i'll be off of work the first week, so my access to cardio equipment will be limited. i have a cheap bike, a jump rope, and a heavy bag so i'll be ok. and if it's nice out (not raining) i'll maybe go for a run outside.
