Here I'll work it out for you with an example. EzyRyder weigh's 80kg's, he has 10lbs of protein and uses approx 64g per shake. 10 lbs=4.54kg or 4540 gramsSo 4540/64= around 71 shakes out of a 10lb bag. Now the amount of Taurine you'll need is around 100mg per Kg of bodyweight so.. 80x100= 8000mg or 8 grams You need 8 grams a day times the number of days your Protein will last giving you... 71 (at one shake a day) x 8 grams (taurine)= 568grams of Taurine or around 1.25 pounds of taurine to mix in with your 10lb protein giving you 11.25lbs net weight. | |
