Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | hey im 15 and goin into soph year im lookin to get real big and better for football every day this summer. Since il be liftin every day i feel like i should use the most beneficial and safe suppliments. any of you guys have any recomendations on what to use? im trying to gain some weight so i was thinking some sort of a mass gainer, some type of creatine, maybe a recovery product..any stack recomendations would be greatly appreciated i hope i wrote this on the right topic my apologys if it isnt the right one |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Like Peaked said no supplement will make you bigger then lot's and lot's of quality food. Also as ja_ke said rest is just as important as the days you lift so make sure your getting at min one day of complete rest but I'd say two to three is better. When it comes to lifting more isn't always better. Get a good protein blend and some creatine with your multi vit and your set. Try to get 2x your bw in protein and at your age you can get away with a slighty dirty diet to up your cals. |
