"Works"

Protein powder
Caffeine/Ephedrine
Fish Oil
Yohimbe
Multi
Vit C
Melatonin
Creatine (though I don't personally get much out of it)
Certain PH (which are now banned in the US)

Doesn't "work"

More or less everything else

I guess that would depend on what you consider "work" to be. I'm pretty sure ALA, sesamin, Acetyl-l-carnitine, BCAAs, and many other supplements "work." It depends I guess on what function you are wanting them to "work" for.

Without a doubt I find the following "work":
Protein
EC
Fish Oil
Sesamin
Yohimbine
Creatine Mono

Everything else I would say it's unproven or doesn't work. Although I in the case of calcium/multi, etc I take just to to be safe.

Doesn't work:

N02 - I've tried a few brands in the past and honestly nothing happened. Way overpriced.
Melatonin - This doesn't do shit for me, despite what it does for others.

If you ever try melatonin again use 5mg SUBLINGUAL type by Source Naturals. Reg Melatonin for me was complete waste the sublingual by source natural is a different category all together .
You put under your tongue watch some "South Park" lol ,etc than 10 minutes later you want to go to sleep. It wont "knock" you out but its the strongest natural lights out type of supplement out there .

yohimbine HCL great for rock solid hard ons..lol
Glucosimine great for joint pain
Saw Palmeto- really good for you prostate
Flax oil-dropped my bad cholesterol way down, so thumbs up.

Most of the rest of the stuff I've used gave little to no result.
How do you use the yohimbine HCL for hardons? Every day? or as needed
Thanks

Works For Me

ON Whey- general source of fast reacting protein
MegaMan Multi- if I don't take it, i don't feel sharp
Mono (GNC)- gained significant water weight and it increased my strength by about 3-5%
ZMA- I am a light sleeper.... boy has this made a difference. Long dreams every night!
Gatorade powder- delivery

Has NOT worked

I'm not an idiot/not rich enough. Havn't tried anything which hasn't worked. I stick to the basics. Lift heavy, periodize and eat like none other.

Jarrow Hyaluronic acid has been working well on my knees since January.

Squats and deads back in the game.

Glutamine gets a thumbs down. It has poor oral absorption and is not worth the cost.
