Default Supplements and when to take them question

I'm just curious about when to take my supplements so I'll just list out what I think is right and hopefully you guys can help me figure out where I'm wrong.

Morning
Vitamin B6
Multivitamin
CEE
Green Tea or Green Tea Extract

Pre-Workout
Vitamin B6
Liver Tabs
CEE
NoXplode (only when I'm in need of a self-esteem boost)

Post-Workout
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Whey Protein & Glutamine
Multi-Vitamin
Liver Tabs
EFA
Chromium Picolinate
R-ALA

Before Bed
ZMA
EFA
Casein

Also, if there are any supplements you would suggest me taking out or adding in, let me know. Thanks!

Edit: Btw I just realized I posted this in the wrong section, so if anybody can help move it over to the Supplements section it would be much appreciated

I am not sure what you take for EFAs, but I think fish oil capsules are important for Omega3s. I also take Glucosamine/ Condroitin and MSM for joint, tendon and ligament support.

Your supplements and timing look fine.

My last low on 8/08/2006 was 167.5 lbs.

Cutting until I am lean
Starting weight: 190 lbs. bodyfat: 19.7%

For EFAs I use flax seed oil, is this equivalent/better/worse than fish oil?
