Question Supplements for advanced bb.

What would be good supplements to take for a 49 year old.

I lift weights and practice martial arts, and I want to stay fit.

Besides a multi, is there any other suggestions.

Like what works and what doesn't for a man my age.

Before we start, do you have any medical conditions or disabilites?

I am 50. I have in my online journal a listing of what I take. Click on my homepage link in my profile to view the journal.

I have a slight arthritis in my left shoulder.
At first I thought it was a rotor-cuff injury, but when I went to the chiropracter he said it was a mild case of arthritis, the tissues in the shoulder are a little swollen and as a result it limits my shoulder exercises.

i would suggest fish oil/flax seed oil as that might help with your inflammation in the shoulder.

The basics are what I would reccomend, they are exactly what they are called SUPPLEMENTS to your food and normal calorie intake.
Whey
glutamine
bcaa powder
multi
fish oil caps
creatine(on and off)
