Of course the basic Forum Rules apply to here .... below are just a few reminders for this section ...

Use the Search Function

Before starting a new thread use the Search Function to make sure your question has not already been addressed. If you are new to the site and bodybuilding in general, and have a question that isn't found in one of the stickies, again please use the Search Function. We don't need tons of repetitive threads, it just wastes board space.
Place Supplement Company Sponsored Product Logs Here.

Place Non Sponsored Supplement Logs Here.

Place Reviews of Free Samples and Product FeedbackHere.

AAS and ProHormones are not to be discussed in the Supplements Section

Members over the age of 21 wishing to post questions or start threads regarding AAS or PH's, should request access to the AAS Discussion section here.
Keep Thread Titles Specific

Make sure that when you start a thread, the title is specific. For example, if you want to start a thread, do not make the title "hey", "help", "look here", etc. Threads with such titles will be closed and or deleted. To avoid aggravation of the other members, please make your thread titles descriptive and appropriate.
Do Not Cross Post

Do not post your question in both the Supplements and Supplemet Reviews. Cross Posts will be deleted.
Do Not Give Bad or Misleading Advice

If you don't know what you're talking about, please don't act like you do.
Give Credit Where Credit is Due

If you use post an article of information please give the author of the original post credit where credit is due. Please do not post something as if it was your own writing when it' s clearly not.

Repeated warnings of any of violations of any of these rules can and will result in a BAN.

Please use the "Report this Post to a Moderator" function if you see anyone violating these rules.
