Default Supplement restock! Tomorrow!!!


Hey everybody, I've been completely out of all supplements for a few months now, and I've been too broke to refill my cupboard. So, tomorrow I'm going boxing day shopping and going nuts on supplements! Just looking to see what everybody thinks I should get.

I'm gonna get some Muscle Milk for delicious late night protein fill on workout days, and some whey and probably more whey. What are your opinions? I'm a little chubby for my liking, maybe a fat burner, or a NO product? Opinions please!

I'd skip the Muscle Milk since it's so damn expensive per serving. Go with Champion Pure Whey or ON it's WAY more cost effective. Get a good creatine product, lot's of great ones out there now. I haven't tried a lot of the newest ones but Green Bulge or Thunder garner much praise. I really liked V12 and V2 of the ones I've used. Of course a good multi-vitamin and if you can afford it I'd recommend a B50 or B100 complex. Lot's of good new fat burners out there also but the best legal alternative I've seen out there is still the ECA stack. Lot's of other goodies out there but those 5 would top my must buy list.

yeah i used to stock w/ muscle milk, but its WAY too expensive for what you CAN get. i was about to post a thread of the supps im restocking with, and Chuck Rudolph recommended a few, a few others, i just think will do well. here is the stuff im buying:

90 caps 500mg sesamin 25$
180 caps zma 18$
100g of ala 23$
5.5lbs of quality whey 25$
90 cap bottle of vitrix (wanted to try it for a first time) 30$
400g of bcaas 20$ (mega dosing)

i have cla, glutamine, xpand, some spare creatine, fish oil caps my mom buys, multivitamin, and of course, 2-4 cups of green tea a day, all lying around at home too.


what do you think of my stack? (i have lots of extra money from christmas and my new job)

ok

drop the glutamine, its a waste of money...what creatine do you have? i suggest a bulk cee power pre and post workout, add some juice or something to get rid of the horrid taste...ON100% whey is a decent cheap protein...but buying in bulk is always better, take the fish oil 3 times a day with meals, 2 caps each so 6 caps/grams a day.
