Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I'm gonna get ****loads of protein. Whey for sure, and I don't know where to find a casein protein powder but I'm going to. I'm going to get a multi, possibly GNC's Mega Men, it seems good, although I know it's over priced. I'm gonna get Kre-Alkalyn, and NO-Xplode and maybe Nitrix. I'll be getting fish and flax oil capsules, too, and green tea extract. Anything I'm missing? Any brand name recommendations? All help appreciated! |

Optimum Nutrition has both a PM protein and just casein protein. www.**********.com also has casein protein. Missing things? If you have any joint pain, I would recommend glucosamine/chondroitin and maybe MSM. ZMA is really cheap and may be worth something depending on your personal stats. I also bought some liquid amino acids-probably not necessary though. I'm sure others will have some suggestions.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 33 | As far as protein goes, id buy from *********** (and check my sig), without a doubt, and heres what i would get: 25lbs WPC 15lbs Casein 10lbs Custom Mix - 50/50 Malto/dex ----------------------------------- the Casein would be your pre-bed shake, while your WPC would be used for all your other shakes throughout the day. the custom mix would be used like this: for ever scoop of protein in your postworkout shake, you put in one scoop of the custom mix, giving it a 1:1 ratio (scoop wise)(making your shake 50% protein,25%malto,25%dex). The malto/dex mix is used in your postworkout shake to cause an insulin spike in your body. "Insulin is the key that opens the locks to all cells in the body for nutrients, you take in high GI carbs and the rush of insulin will force the glycogen and protein into your muscle cells..."[In-Human] The point is, these High GI carbs arent stored as fat at this time, they are used for repairing the muscle. WPC Casein Customization Link ---------------------------------------------- nextly, lets takle the issue of your muti-vitamin. because the GNC multi is sooooooo overpriced, and im sure your on the type of budget that wouldnt allow for you to keep buying animal pak all the time, so i think your next best option would be this (i buy these and just take 2 per day) Multi ------------------------------------------------------ Creatine if your gonna buy creatine, i wouldnt go buying the Kre-alkyln, id just buy bulk CEE, yes it tastes bad, but even if you cant manage to choke it down (i cant) you can cap it yourself, and its much cheaper. you can also get your bulk CEE at ***********, along with a capping machine. But, buy your capsules from the link below CEE Capping Machine Capsules ------------------------- BSN Related Products instead of buying those products, i would look into just adding some taurine into your supplement line up instead. personally i think that BSN products are overpriced and underdosed. the only one i would consider would be Nitrix for its NO2..... Taurine ------------------------- other products to consider Pre-workout boost Glutamine peptides BCAA

Also if you are set on picking up a NO product look into Controlled Lab's White Blood or Omega Sports' Nitro Evolution, both have had better feedback than Nitrix. If you want to go the most economical way about it, just buy a kilo of CEE from CNW. You can get a kilo for $34.90 which is alot cheaper for a year or more supply of CEE and no discount code is required. Here's a link to CNW's bulk CEE: http://customnutritionwarehouse.com/...products_id=76 | |
