Default Supplement To Increase Motivation & Concentration?

This may be a stupid question but I was wondering if there's a supplement out there that will help motivate me to go to the gym every day and help me to concentrate on my workouts. I always go anyway but the thing is, I just feel so unmotivated and find it boring.

I've heard of some supplements that increase your mental focus whilst in the gym and maybe this is something that could help me because even when I'm in the gym I can't really concentrate properly on what I'm doing because I get so bored.

You should try 'Focus XT' by SNS or 'Psychotropin' by Ergopharm. If your looking for that in the zone type concentration & focus thats a good start.

No supplement is going to get you motivated to train. There's only one thing that motivates anyone to continue training and that is... results!!! You have to stick with it long enough, and train/eat correctly, then the changes you see should be all the motivation you need.

You should derive motivation from a feeling of SELF-accomplishment, not from some need to prove how strong/big/ripped you are compared to everyone else. I draw motivation and inspiration from those individuals bigger, more ripped, and stronger than I. There are now a few people who have let me know that they are inspired by me and my meager accomplishments; that's still something I'm not used to. If you want to be looked up to someday (and who doesn't?), you can't be looking down at people less experienced/developed than yourself.

You're a good guy romanaz, I don't mean to say otherwise, just don't fall into the "I'm superior to the average gymgoer" attitude, that elitist bs is no good.

very true madman. I don't mean it so much as 'i'm better then those people *points finger*', but more as 'I know how to get results and can do it, while they sit there and spin their tires for years.' Thats more of my motivation, in a way. Idk its hard to explain. I think its like this article points out:

Set a goal for yourself. Goals are the first step to accomplishments. After you got that all worked out and if your still looking for a supplement try out Anabolic Xtreme StimulantX or Ergopharm AMP... both those products keep me unbelievably centered.

I agree with everyone else, that you can't get motivation from a supplement. However, it may be possible to enhance your mental state in such a way that motivation becomes less restricted by negetivity or loss of energy.

Research mood enhancers, nootropics, energy enhancers and oldschool herbs like ginseng and ginko. I suggest staying as natural and herbal as possible.

What I'm saying is the same thing as what I would say to someone who is researching prohormones. Prohormones don't build muscle, they just create an anabolic environment which supports building muscle through training and diet. Well, it is the same as this. Supplements wont give you motivation, but they can provide a possitive environment which supports increasing motivation through working your issues out by way of self honesty, goal definition, and desiring to improve towards those goals.

Anabolic environment for your body, positive energetic environment for your mind... but you still have to do the work.

There is no supplement that is going to give you motivation, but as far as mental focus and concentration for when u get there, give Focus XT a try.

There are alot of logs spread over various forums on its usefulness pre workout and for a variety of other purposes.

My Focus XT Review:
http://ironmass.com/showthread.php?t=9154

My review was for school purposes, but I think it would work great during workouts.
