| Pro Stature | What's the best supplement cutting list i can get for $80. I know it's not a lot but it's all have right now.It's offseason and i'm ready to make some changes.I want to cut this fat and get rid of it.$80 is all I have right now but i'll have more later. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | A simple EC or ECY stack is very good and very cheap if you just buy the components by themselves and mix them. Be careful with the Yohimbe though-some people have a bad reaction to it.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Whoops!! I assumed you were already taking the essential vitamins. If you don't already have a multivitamin, glucosamine/chondroitin, omega fatty acids, flax oils--those are essential before adding other stuff. What I recommended is just a thermogenic to help with the cutting. A good diet and the right exercise routine are definitely more crucial than any supplements you can take.

| New Member | Right now aside from the calorie deficit Im using Zenalean and Lean Green + the essentials mentioned above,still having some strength gains despite the deficit,its been a matter of fine tuning my diet and nutrient timing myself. |
