Default supp combinations

I'm pretty out of the loop as far as supp's go so hopefully you guys can help out

Right now I'm supplementing with leucine & creatine, and then just fish oil, my multi, & an antioxidant.

I'm about to start using beta-alanine as well. Debating on adding x-factor & glutamine into the mix...have had good results with x-factor in the past but never bothered with glutamine before.

I know I have to drop the fish oil with the x-factor, but is there anything else that conflicts?

I don't know a lot about X-Factor or X-Factor combos. I also didn't read the article to understand it or see how much of a bias (if any) there is in it, but the current "The Planet" The Planet has an interview with William Llewellyn about X-Factor.

There has been some additional data to suggest that low levels of added Omega-3’s might even increase the membrane uptake of arachidonic acid. At the very least, these studies, combined with our own observations, has led to us removing the “Limit Omega 3’s” recommendations.
