Do you think it would be benificial to supplement with St. John's Wort during a contest prep time to help relieve stress?

I've never used but i know people who have used it and liked it. Like Trick said, it probably wouldnt hurt. You could also look into 5-htp.

Amanda takes 5htp and it really helps her sleep. she has a massive problem with insomina sometimes, and she can go weeks only sleeping a few hours each night, 5htp helps her fall asleep with is half the battle.

5-htp and st.john's wort are my "easy" stack. On cycle or in PCT, to ward off the blues or dull the aggression, this stack is very good. Rhodolia rosa is also said to help much, although I have yet to try itl. One word of caution: st.john's makes you photosensitive, so it is possible that you have to reduce your tanning or you will burn.

When I quit smoking two years ago, I took Zyban for a few weeks. I had anxiety problems with Zyban, so I switched to St. John's Wort. It really took the edge off. It is a natural anti-depressant. There are some warnings about St. John's Wort. Anyone taking it, should learn a little about it first.
