hey has anybody used this, i just got it at sam's, it was 5lbs for 20 dollars, i got chocolate, it should taste pretty good, how about mixablilty.

I get this from costco, 6lbs for $20. pretty good deal, taste isn't that great. if you mix 2 scoops with milk it's kind of a chocalate flavor, with water it doesn't taste like much at all. absolutely no mixability with a spoon. a shaker bottle works if you shake for 5 minutes. I always use the blender with this stuff.

But with all that said, for the price/value you can't go wrong....

yea i found that out the hard way mixing it with a spoon, i put it in a water bottle and shook it like i was trying to give a baby shaken baby syndrome, then i drank it, it taste pretty good with milk have'nt tried with water, yet, i guess i will be using it with water since i am cutting.
