I've heard nothing but good things about Gaspari Nutrition.

Got my Supps yesterday and have tried each of them this morning, we'll see what happens.

I've read about the stomach concerns of SP250. Those who may be experiencing these effects may be first time users and the instructions say to take one scoop for the first 2-3 times in order to allow your body to get used of the product. It even says that a small meal prior to using SP250 may help first time users who may be sensitive to their stimulants.

However, I am disappointed in the Grape flavor of SizeOn that I ordered and the Orange flavor of the SP250 for me is just OK. But what the heck, I'll get used to the flavors, a little mind over matter. Hope the Supps are all they are cracked up to be.

jram, should have gone with lemon ice...people say it's the best.

Looks like I'll have to pick up some SizeOn then. I've only tried No Xplode, cuz I got a free tub from my friend. It was alright, but I felt dependent on it after I was done. Had to get use to working out with out it, but I might try SP250 just for the heck of it.

i know this thread is old, but i just picked up a tub of size-on ($73 later... damn gnc) its a 30-day supply at least, lol. I got the lemon-ice. and it tastes great.. sipping on it during my work-out was amazing. Next friday im gunna pick up the sp250 stuff.. and stack those two and see how it goes.
