Right Age for Starting to take sups?

when should u first take sups? most products say not to take until your 18.

the only supplements you should be taking now are

whey protein
creatine monohydrate
multivitamin
flax/fish oil

There are more he can take but that is the essential list that every BB should be taking.

take creatine mono. powder , but depends which sup. you thinking of getting , if its for people over 18 , some is not all bad , read label! , and take less (ex. take 2 pills , TAKE 1!) I kinda had a bad experience *flashback* :boink::boin:boink::boink::boink::boink::boink:k:: boink::boink::boink::boink:
