Reducing estrogen production... (RXT)

I've got a little question for you guys, I'm quite curious about this. What would be the benefits (if any) of estrogen suppressing supplements? What benefits would there be by reducing estrogen production or stopping it completly in the body. I've read around and I came by a supplement reading:

I do not plan to use this supplement as I don't like messing with stuff that would mess with my hormones at my age. But if there are good benefits from such a product perhaps down the track I might use it.

Thoughts?

To help you retain more muscle while cutting and control cortisol levels. I'm going to be using Rebound on a cut starting in a week, but I've never used those kind of supps either. I wouldn't recommend messing around with your hormones at a young age though.

Thanks John. And as I said I don't plan to use it at this age perhaps 3 -4 years from now

What are you gonna stack the RXT with if anything... I was thinking about trying out RXT

Total waste of money IMHO. If your going to mess with your endocrine system you may as well use a ph and actually get some gains for you money. Use products like this for what they were intended. And you never want to eliminate your estrogen that'll cause major health problems.

There have been a lot of people who have used it for cutting, and that's the primary thing I'm using it for, to maintain as much lean mass as possible and to keep cortisol levels in check (i'm too stressed so i know this is an issue for me). My test is probably low anyway, and I'm starting out with 2/3 of the regular dose. It certainly won't eliminate estrogen, just lower it, and only for a short period of time. I don't want to use PHs anyway. Skelooth did a similar thing and had very good results from it.

I'm not stacking anything with it. I'm just keeping my diet as clean as possible and taking my other regular supps: fish oil, multi, CEE, green tea, and whey protein. Nothing major. I'll be keeping a log here when I start next week.

I used Lean Extreme and Novedex XT during the last month of my contest prep to help reduce serum estrogen and come in as dry and hard as possible.

I got very good results from it, and actually wished I has started it sooner during my prep.

I'll probably run them both ( or other similar legal compounds ) during the last 6-8 weeks next time, although I'm going to research this further before deciding exactly how long I will use them.

Estrogen is anabolic, and if you are bulking, you really don't want to reduce serum estrogen too low, unless you are experiencing symptoms of gyno.

This is the issue I have with using some of the aromatase inhibitor / test boosting products for mass building. Estrogen really helps when working to put on the mass, and I'm not sure of the value of boosting test without the corresponding Estrogen boost when bulking.

This is something I've been meaning to talk with Bill ( Llewellyn ) about. I need to make a note to bring that up.
