Passing on the info for anyone that is using or has purchased Designer Supp's Rebound XT ....

PLEASE DO NOT SEND OUT ANY OF YOUR REBOUND ORDERS!

It has come to our attention that our current supply of Rebound does not contain any of our ingredient, Diene 3. Our powder is tested in the US upon its arrival by a local office of that powder supply company, it was then tested independently and these results were discovered.
We are asking you to send back all of the bottles of Rebound that were recently sent to you from batch # F050269. We apologize for this problem and will do everything that we can to rectify it.
We also have reason to question the quality of batch # F040207. If any of your consumers contact you and want to return Rebound from this batch, they can send it directly to us to have it replaced or with a copy of their order for a full refund. They can email us at orders@designersupps.com with questions and to get the appropriate shipping address.
We have already ordered new product and expect to have it all replaced in 2-3 weeks. We will resend your order and include an additional 10% of product to recover your shipping costs and for the inconvenience that this has caused. We appreciate your cooperation and your continued business.

Once we have the product back in stock, we will send you two bottles for every one returned, up to the first three bottles you return. For the fourth bottle and beyond, we will simply replace that bottle. Please do not innundate our retailers with returns, send them directly to us.

Please note that we have isolated the issue to this batch only (our current stock has not shipped to customers yet). To receive a replacement, your bottle MUST have this batch number printed on it. You must also include a letter stating where you want the product sent.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Lastly, Rebound XT should be back in stock around July 15.

P.S. I apologize for you hearing this from a retailer first. That should not have happened. We wanted to notify retailers first so that they were not caught off guard, we did not expect this.

Consumers send returns too. Make sure to put some sort of reciept of purchase in there.

well crap, i sent mine out today, but did not put in a receipt....the bottles are FULL and sealed....is that good enough? i don't keep my receipts to everything you know....just things important for tax day!!
