Default Quick question on Shark Cartilage

I was wondering when is the optimum time to take shark cartilage, or any joint support supplements for that matter.

I am currently using 750mg of Shark Cartilage post workout and before bed.

skip the shark cartilage...

get glucosamine, condroitin, and msm

take them w meals

I have tried Glucosamine and Chondroitin and MSM altogether before. I will try that again when I am done with the shark, but I just wanted to try something different.

So it dosn't matter when to take them, just with meals?
