1tsp = 4.5-5g Creatine

20g a day everyday? Or is this your loading phase?

10g a day is plenty- high dose could cause kidney damage.

Animal is good but working out in a catabolic state=very bad. Remember the most important rule of BB. You do your growing outside of the gym.

5grams of Creatine is plenty a day.

And Yaz, this isn't a knock bro because we're here to teach and learn but you need to really step it up and research BEFORE you do things. Not during or after which seems to be the case. Unless you're a genetic freak and/or a pro then you need to work on the basics first before supplement use.

The average person can get excellent gains without touching creatine or protein powder or any other test booster product. Feel free to take them but not in sacrifice for knowing proper training and lifting techniques.

A couple of very, very basic ideas to keep in mind...

1. You need to set yourself up a fitday.com account and keep track of all your macros
2. When dieting down or bulking up never underestimate the importance of healthy fats
3. Drink plenty of water. I mean at least a gallon a day.
4. Your body needs recovery and if you're lifting natural even more is needed.
5. If you plan ahead and know what you're doing. a day at the gym can be accomplished in under an hour
6. There's a place for sloppy lifting but not in place of knowing and performing proper lifting.
7. You grow when you rest so get plenty of it.
8. Don't forget your vegis and fruits
9. Don't forget your Multi-V
10. Remember what you do now can and will effect you years down the road; for better or worse.

Truer words couldnt be spoken, I see alot of ppl start taking supps and not knowing shit about them. I didnt even start taking creatine untill after about 6 months of research on it, and a year and a half of lifting,... and sometimes i still feel i didnt wait long enough. I see alot of ppl just pump shit into there bodies hoping for a "miracle". Sry im just ranting lol. Just dont like seein ppl screw up there bodies.

It makes you hold water, for someone wanting to cut creatine may not be a good idea.

Don't worry about it, the added water weight will benifit you and once you go off the bloat will disappear in a few days. Just up your water intake it will help you lose some of it.

I disagree. I'd sacrifice lookin bloated if it would mean increased strength -> increased LBM .

Another reason why I stress research. It is widely known why you bloat from creatine.

That is were we differ then, the original poster of this thread wanted to trim down and cut up. If that is the case, why would you trim down just to look bloated?
