Alright i have a bottle of glucosamine and chromium with me right now. The thing is though both the supps have expired. Glucosamine last month and chromium this month. They havent been opened yet and I want to know if its still ok to use them?

You will have some people say no because it loses efficacy over time but in my own experience I've successfully used many products even a year after expiration date with absolutely no ill effects or noticeable difference between them and fresh ones.
