If I were to take an anavol/vaso stack, would I need to take a pct afterwards? And also, would there be anything else that i could stack this with?

Anavol and Vaso(if you are talking about the NxCare products) do not require a PCT. They are non-hormonal, so you don't need to worry about PCT.

The dose of creatine in anavol is pretty low, so you'd probably benefit from taking an additional 5g of creatine monohydrate with your post-workout shake.

what about BSN's Axis-Ht...does that need a PCT?

nope. Just follow the directions on the bottle and you should be fine. Keep in mind though that Axis-HT may contain ingredients that are banned in high school/collegiate sports, so check that out before you take any.
