Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 58 | I drink a very strong cup of coffee and eat a low glycemic carb meal before I workout. This can be oatmeal with some berries, potato with sour cream or pasta with meat sauce. (Yeah, I know potatoes and pasta can be high glycemic, but what you eat with these can turn them into low to moderate glycemic.) While I workout, I suck on a squeeze bottle of protein/creatine/ gatoraid). I have plenty of energy. Food is anabolic. *

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Bump to thys thread... I don't care if the pill that provides energy is a fat eliminator ... I'd be happy with an energy pill that doesn't work as an appetite suppressant.... Should I just buy some caffeine pills and take 'em pre-workout?? Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | All that matters is that you get ~200mg caffeine...thats where the energy boost is going to come from, and there has been a lot of research done showing that caffeine pre-workout is very beneficial. Superpump is good but really expensive. If I have it, I take it but its too expensive for me to buy regularly.
