Default Post-workout shake: what do you use?

I'm just in the mood to see what everyone else is doing. I'm mixing 1.5 scoops of BSN True Mass with 1.5 scoops of Beverly Mass Maker. All vanilla.

The reason for the mix is kinda stupid, but basically the Beverly has better quality ingredients from what I can tell, as well as better flavor. But it has much less protein per serving. The BSN has tons of protein and a great nutrient profile and great flavor as well, but let's be honest: Beverly stuff is great! So in mixing half/half, I get a good medium between nutrition profile, quality, and flavor. Plus, my Beverly doesn't go to waste this way.

What are you guys using post workout?

Currently I use Peptopro during my workout.

Then when I get home shortly after leaving the gym, (I live 5 minutes away) I drink 2 scoops of ON Whey in water mixed with a tsp of Leucine. I will choose a whole food source for my carb intake. I'll eat almost any carbs pwo so long as the fat content is very low.

I'm doing 2 scoops of either Syntrax Nectar or Dymatize Elite mixed with water and 3/4 cup of waxy maize starch. I'm doing this in conjunction with fairly high doses of Anabolic Pump and it seems to be working well as I recomp a bit.

Have you tried the cookies n cream Syntha-6? I would turn down a BJ for a 2-scoop shake of that.

I'm using the cheap EAS whey you can get at costco for dirt-cheap, mixed with waxy maize & leucine. taste isnt so great but the price is right.

currently I'm testing this out:

Pre - 2 Scoops ON 100% whey chocolate, 3 ON Superior Amino 2222 Tabs (I was interested and it cost 10 bucks for it so why not?)

during - 6 scoops Xtend Grape (need more)

post - 1 scoop MHP Probolic-Sr Chocolate and 3 ON Amino 2222 tabs

then like an hour later a hi fat low carb meal, tonight, beef/cheese and sausage!
