Default post-workout cardio

I am now officially cutting and I was planning on swimming for my cardio, but the pool at my apartment complex is not very clean, so i've decided against that.
my plan now is to hop on the elliptical after my workouts for ~20 minutes of moderately low-intensity cardio.
i sip on 10g of BCAAs during my workout, and i'm wondering if it would be a good idea to have 10g BCAA and 10g glutamine peptides after the workout to curb catabolism while i'm doing cardio.

I don't think the BCAAs or glute will hurt you, in fact, just the opposite. It is what I have during fasted morning cardio as well as before, during and after my workout.

BCAA are life savers during a cut. It doesn't matter when, where or how.

It def won't hurt, but what you took in during your workout will still carry over enough for 20 min of cardio, plus you should be getting PWO shake in right after the cardio as well.

I normally do:

~5g BCAA before, 5g halfway through my workout, then do my cardio and then grab whey + bcaa. Probably going to add glutamine when I start cutting hardcore.

more won't hurt, but I don't think its neccassary imo
