Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | I'm thinking about using creatine and fat burners for a short period of time (like a month or 2). I'm basically just trying to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat (obviously... lol) and then go on my own from there. I've been recommended Cre-Ethyl Thunder (thanks, Ikaika) by Omega Sports Nutrition, and they seem to be a solid company. I don't have much experience with fat burners at all, but their Burn 3D product seems to be pretty good. Anyone used it before? I'm kinda wondering, though, would running a creatine and fat burner back to back hinder the results?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | Glad you dig the Thunder man, its good to hear its working as well for you as it has for me. ![]() It gets a little bit tricky stacking a fat burner with a product like Thunder. Both have caffeine and you can wind up getting an awful lot of it if you stick with the suggested dosage for both products. If you wanted to run, say, creatine monohydrate along side a fat burner you could do it as long as you kept your water intake high.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Thunder and BURN3D are both good products. I agree with Ikaika that a product like Thunder may not be great to stack with a stimulant fatburner if you're not very comfortable with stimulants, but BURN3D is a non-stimulant product and they'd stack quite nicely.

So I guess I'm going to cycle the fat burner, then start up with the creatine after I run out of that. Have you ever tried Burn 3D? I'm probably gonna go with Hydroxycut Hardcore if I decide to get a fatburner unless anyone has any solid opinions on Burn 3D.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | I'd go with NO-Xplode and Melting Point and Basic cut's as your fat burners. Worked awesome for me, I have a log that shows the before and after you can take a look. |

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | What about Phosphagen? It's cheap as hell... and I think it may be wisest to get a mono before going CEE.

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | I've been told in the past that if mono doesn't work for you, CEE won't either. So I'm probably going to run through some mono first, see my results, then graduate to CEE. And seeing as Phosphagen is $22 at HiHealth, it'll allow me to get some creatine right now.

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | Well, I did it. I bought some Phosphagen HP. Does it need a transport? Its the fruit punch kind, and has some carbs and sugars in it already. Do I still need to mix it with grape juice or Gatorade? If I do, what are some alternatives. I don't have any gatorade, grape juice or money. ![]()
