Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | Maintaining your size falls on you and your diet, training, etc. No supplement is gonna do it for you. But honestly, who wants to just "maintain" and not improve? Nitro Evolution is a great product for building size on a bulk. Great pumps, endurance, etc. similar to many other creatine/nitric oxide products. Omega makes great stuff.

Lightning is an amazing supplement for gaining strenght, in fact, the best i have tried so far. Nitro has bigger stimulating effects and works better for vascularity. Both are the best NO pruducts ive tried. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Right now I plan to finish off my green bulge and purhcase Omega Thunder and Nitro Evolution. Yet, at the same time, VPX CEX capsules I have worked very well for me. Now it is just deciding which one to take. Should I avoid the hassle of shipping when the nuitrition store is very close to me. Also, I do agree that no supplement can make you maintian your lean muslce mass. That is where diet comes in and that is something I always monitor. Heck I even avoid products with high fructose corn syrup. I eat meats, fruits, vegetables, pasta, and sardines. I love my sardines!!!!! Hehe. |
