Default NO-Xplode?


hey guys, im 16 and im looking for something i can take pre-workout to pump me up and get me focused on my workout. iv heard no-xplode works for some people and for others its a flop. any advice?

At 16, you shouldn't need anything to get you pumped up for lifting. Get a MP3 or Ipod with some kick ass tunes and just hit the weights. But if you insist on taking something, I've had excellent results with NO-Xplode. Others haven't. Like you said, some like it, some don't. It is expensive for a NO, but if you are determined, give it a try and see what happens.

i know what your sayin SoMdHunter, and i should be more focused on my workouts anyway. i was also wondering how good the creatine in the no-x worked. i went through a 200 serving of the gnc mono and i didnt notice anything. iv researched NO products pretty well, and im not set on the xplode but i do think im guna try one and see how it works. i thought xplode would be convenient since its all in one package and it has some caffeine too.

Well I agree with SoMdHunter that you should not need anything yet. But I do want to say that NO-X worked for me. I took the whole BSN Mass Stack but the first thing that jumped out at me was the energy kick from the NO-X. I'm always tired after school and thats the only time I have to work out so I'm thinking about taking no xplode as well.

yeah thats why im intrested. i work out every 4 days, take a day off and then strt my cycle again. classes end at 3 and im in the gym by 430 at the latest. schools a pain in the ass and im draggin by the end of the day

No-Xplode isn't bad... it makes me sick to my stomach, and it is slightly expensive...

Good point. I know when I was 16, even with a job, just buying a months worth of protein and creatine was a stretch.

You may want to look into cheaper, better products. I'll try to search around and find you a better alternative. A lot of people have complained about NO-Xplode. I've heard it referred to as Ass-Xplode a couple of times.

Edit: Some alternatives may be SuperPump 250, Shock Therapy, or Green Bulge. I'll leave it to you for more research on those. All have good reviews (especially GB).

I tried a free sample of NO-XPlode and liked it. It tasted good and helped focus and energy. I think they have a free sample give away still going on.

Well at 16 I can say it's hard to have the kind of energy for workouts you need.But we do it to ourselves.We're tired because we CHOOSE to stay up late,because we CHOOSE to do things we should'nt.Anyway this past summer I used NO-XPLODE and I loved it.It really helped me out a lot because I would go to bed at 2,then get up at six to workout by 7.I would be SOO tired but after taking NO-XPLODE I was good for the entire workout.I would have great workouts.I saw some nice gains from it.The only problem I had with it was,at times,I would feel nautious.I would feel like throwing up,I never did though.But everyone's body is different so the results may vary.But I would recomend it!Good luck and let us know how everything goes!
