From my lifting experience and very little of the NO phase, I tried and think works great is the VPX muscle nitrous (it was w/o the AEX). Since Im now done with that bottle, I will experience the muscle nitrous with AEX.

I did get killer pumps knowing that the product wont get me bigger and stronger but the pumps will allow you to do heavier weight than without, in my opinion. In return makes you stronger and bigger.

Thats how it seems to work for me. When taken 30 minutes prior, I dont feel pumped but when lifting, you see it when the weight goes up and you complete full reps at weight you sometimes can.

Im definitely a believer.

I use MHP extreme NO and I have intence workouts so my gains come from pushing myself harder into levels I don't think I could alone. The extra muscle building nutreints it pushes into your muscles has got to help everybody to a
degree would'nt it?
