Default Need Sugestions...

I am a bit out of shape. Really the only thing that gets me is my gut. I know what exercises i need to do to get rid of it, but I want to know if there are any supplements that may help speed up the process, maybe add some muscle mass. So if anyone can help I would appreciate it very much. Maybe something to boost energy.

Thanks for the help

All you need is a multivitamin, whey protein, and fish oils, maybe some joint support supplements if you have problems.

The thing that will boost your energy the best would be your diet. Eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours will make you a energy burning machine and give you all the energy you need. Also getting enough rest, 8 hours a night. Some people wake up in the middle of their 90 min cycle and get sluggish when they wake up and some wake up at the end of 90 min cycle and feel great that morning.

#1 thing to focus on is diet, and possibly a bottle of caffeine for certain days you need it. Remember that it isn't needed for energy.

Depend were you order them.

I recommend NOW ADAM, Super Pak by Beverly Int., or Centrum for multivitamins. Then for fish oils, a good brand would be Nordic Naturals. And lastly True Protein's whey protein which is cheap and a very high quality. You can use the code JWT655 for 5% off on the order.

If you want to shop locally, a vitamin world/shoppe or GNC would be fine. Just don't get sucked into what they want to sell you. Just get the basics and get out.

How does it compare to their 'Mega Milk?'

The Elite is defenitley the Best bang for your buck it has something like 77 servings where as the megamilk only has 30 servings per 5 lb and I can't personally speak for the mega MIlk as I have never tried it( Have heard and read nothing but great things about the mega milk though) But the 2 proteins you will see in my house are MHP Probolic-SR(cookies n cream) and DYmatize Elite whey (Cafe Mocha, Chocolate). If anyone has any other questions about protein please let me know I will answer to the best of my knowledge and if I don't know I will find out for you!!!!
