Default Need some help gentleman..

Summer is here and it is time to devote myself to working out, eating right and training for football. I havent been reading up on any of the new supp's out on the market, ive pretty much tried alot of the new stuff they were coming out with last year, i still have a container of San V12, a half of bottle of M1T, 1 1/2 bottles of 4 derm, vitamin b-5, ive got tons of different energy pills and alot of other stuff, but i wanna try something new, i want something that i can take before i workout that can help me with strength along with a very nice energy boost, but i dont want any caffeine, i just cant stand it anymore, i also dont want any creatine, i was wondering what your guys experience is with any new supps now and what ones you would reccomend??

if you only work out in the summer, you don't need to be taking anything or doing anything different other than eating more food. honestly, how is it that some people think they can just kick it into gear come summer and their life is set for "training"? at least.....that's how you came off.....and if you work out 3-4 months a year and have M1T and such, that is truly sad.

Yeah... if you're only workin out a few months a year i cant suggest you do anything with the m1t or anything like that. Just out of curiousity why no creatine?... If you are going to supplement at all creatine should definetly be one of the staples of your supplementing. Honestly thought, if you're going to be taking that m1t i suggest you get serious about what you are doing and do some thinking and researching...

From what you have said i would suggest:
a good protein powder
creatine
multi vit
bcaa's

well i guess you guys got the wrong idea...i have been working out for about 2 years now and this year was a big struggle for about 8 months, i got caught up and found myself not having time nor energy to hit the gym, so i was happy if i was able to get 2 workouts in a week, this was a big change from a year ago when i first started working out, i was able to eat anytime and anything i needed to as well as workout and train whenever i wanted to, during the winter i put some weight on and now that i have 3 months of the summer that i dont have to worry about sports and such i can truely devote my time to working out, eating right and try to get back in the habit that i was in 2 years ago...idk i was just looking for something to give me an extra kick in the gym, also- ive tried creatine and it didnt really work for me

If you're looking to stay away from both creatine and caffeine .. the two products that come to mind are Lean Green and NeuroStim.

Another one is Omega Sports Power Jolt .. although it does have caffeine .. it has a lower dosage compared to most caffeine products.

Power Jolt only has 160mg.

Edit: I almost forgot about GO! by Black Star Labs .. it's even lower in caffeine .. 75 mg. Great product.

well sorry to jump on your case then before...but one thing i've learned is it seems like when people begin to get unmotivated and what not, they wanna try something like a PH or PS to get them motivated again, but just think if you did everything you would do if you got "on" something, but w/o the "something". you would have great gains anyway because of your drop off in consistency/diet/training/rest regimen, etc. jump back on the horse man, get everything BACK in line and trust me i know, after slackin off for a month or more big time, you get everything lined up again and the energy comes back, gains are made, then there's excitement....lol anyway you get the point. hope you understand what i'm saying.....with all periods of inconsistency and lack of motivation, there's an opening for gains(just like when a newbie hops into lifting). so do it....do it. good luck!

oh yeah and..... M1T = POISON
