Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Ok, i just started working out about 3 months ago. I weigh 136 and have put on 4-5 pounds since working out. I take No-xplode before i work out and a protein shake after working out. I eat 2 times a day, sad I know, but when i do eat...i eat alot...still sad huh. I know I need to eat more and eat more and more and more which i just started eating 4 times a day about a week ago and i seriously don't think i'll be able to take it much longer...don't know if i eat to fast or what but it kills me to eat alot, almost to the point of throwing up. I take No-X like stated above and am about to start making some of the weight gainer bars like posted in the other forum but is there anything else i can do to help support my goal....i want to be atleast 150 or so by july. Also so far i am happy with the results i am getting but i feel as if there should be more...thanks alot for your help and i am new here...awesome site guys!! sorry for the novel |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Welcome to IM Kuzikan, how old are you? First off you are correct that eating is the most important thing you can do. I have been and in a way still am in your shoes. I have trouble eating often enough, but you can make up for that somewhat with protein supps. Keep trying to eat more and when you can’t drink a shake. What ever you do don’t skip the meal. Once you get a pattern of eating often keep increasing the amount and be sure to keep the quality up. I know you are taking NO-X but possibly you need a post workout creatine also. I am no expert and I am also new to this site. Surf around here, you will find allot of great info. It has been a long road for me, but things are finally paying off. If you can learn to eat like you are 20lbs bigger right now, you will find your self on the fast track. Side note, I know very little about this product right now, but am thinking of starting it on my next cycle. If you like it and start it, let me know what you think of it and I will do the same. http://mass-cycle.com/pages/index.asp The thing I like about it is that they have meal plans, and workout schedules. I can do 21 days and if you shop http://www.cheapvitamins.com/Product...RE&ProdId=1839 then your only out about 40 bucks and change. As you know this is an aid not a substitute to eating. Good luck and welcome. |
