Myoplex?

Tried Myoplex lately...the whole pack taste bad > < dunno what to mix it with, to have a ‎better taste...last time I added low fat milk powder to the chocolate flavor one and it did a ‎great change.‎

Any one tried something else?‎

how good is Myoplex...I'm currently using it twice a day..is it good?
twice is enough?

Is it ok to mix it with low-fat milk?

btw im 150lbs...bulking.

Sure its good... but there are plenty less expesive alternatives out there.

I choose myoplex cause its more like a meal Replacement...thats what I need excatly now cause I dont really have enought time to eat good meals.

I try to split it in half with 15oz of water each time, so I dont get full and stop eating good food.
