Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | X-Factor non hormonal alternative This is my write-up. Before I ran it, and while running it, I learned alot and I think it can help some people out. What are the side-effects of X-Factor? The basic side effects are not that bad and usually go away throughout the cycle. There are ways to fix them too. It should be safe at these doses and at a 50 day cycle. Insomnia - This is a pretty common side effect. I recommend taking Tylenol Simply Sleep(no anti-flammatories), Magnesium, or possibly Melatonin. A relaxing agent may do the trick for some. This side effect usually goes away after a few weeks. I've had it and now my sleep is great. DOMS - This can actually get fun. It should be no problem, some dont experience it(so dont worry, your XF is still working), and it usually goes away throught the cycle. It would be bad to use a training system such as Max-OT or HST because the doms can get too far and require you to take additional off days. If worst comes to worst, and you cant take the doms, a simple BCAA supplement can help you recover faster and even provide better results. ACNE - If it bothers you that much, you can take acne cream, or megadose Vitamin B5 at about 5g/day(pre-load if you really fear this) Headaches - This gets nasty for some people. Causes of headaches are tension, infection, allergy, injury, hunger, changes in the flow of blood in the vessels of the head, or exposure to chemicals. X-Factor can be responsible for some. I suggest you suck it up as they go away over a period of time. You can also get the blood circulating out of your brain faster by keeping your body cool and dipping your feet into hot water. As a last resort, you can take Tylenol, as it isnt really an anti-flammatory, and William confirmed that there are no problems with taking it a few times a week, as long as it in moderation. Increased Body Temperture - This is a common side, but nothing wrong with it. It can be worked to your advantage for burning calories while cutting. Joint Flammation - This is probably the most common side effect. First off, I advise you dont start a cycle if you have any joint/tendon related issues, I made that mistake for you. You cannot take Cissus if you are on X-Factor, as it basically reveres the effect of X-Factor by blocking its conversion to Prostaglandins. I read a pubmed study saying that taking anti-oxidants can help stop this as AA can cause bone loss. You can run some Glucosamine/MSM on it if you have joint pain. It shouldnt cause much problems but avoid it if you can. Icing can be a good way to relieve flammation, and I suggest you go easy on that area. My pains went away even though I have tendonitis because I used to ice it. Pinched Nerves - Both me and my friend got this side. Nothing you can do about it, but it seems to go away. Quote:
What can/can't I stack with X-Factor for Cutting? X-Factor is probably ideal for cutting because it helps preserve/gain muscle, keep your body in anabolic state, increase body temperture, and cause excellent fat loss/recomp. DO NOT TAKE: TTA - It is an anti-flammatory. Products to avoid: Designer Melting Point, Scivation LipidFX, Omega Beta-Fat Inciterator, Controlled Labs Red Acid Sesamin - It is an anti-flammatory. Products to avoid: Scivation Sesamin, Avant Labs Sesathin, Man Vaporize CLA/Fish Oils/Flax - It is an anti-flammatory. CAN TAKE: STIMULANTS - You can take almost all stimulants with the exception of Red Acid and possibly a few others. Suggestions: Designer Basic Cuts, E/C(NO A!), MAN Scorch FORSLEAN - Would be a great additon, especially for recomp. I would vouch for cAMPHIBOLIC, but it contains Cissus. I would recommend 50-75mg broken into 2-3 doses(respectively), with one dose taken before sleep. K-R-ALA - Insulin control is the key to diets, and recomposition. Would go great. I recommend Glucophase XR(especially with some stimulants). CORTISOL BLOCKERS - Products like 7-OH help lean out greatly, with X-Factor it should be a killer combo. TEMPERTURE ALTERNATIONS - Raise your body temperture even more to cause max calorie burn. Suggestions: ThermoLife Dicana, Avant Labs H.E.A.T, Evodiamine, Tyramine ADAPTOGENS - I think the reason half the X-Factor sides go away is because our bodies ADAPT. They are also great for cutting. Suggestions: Rhodiola, Bacopa Monniera I dont think any BCAA/etc should be taken for the sake of preserving muscle because X-Factor takes care of that all though it may help put on some LBM/help with recovery. What can/can't I stack with X-Factor for Bulking? If gaining 10 pounds in 7 weeks while staying at the same bodyfat isnt enough for you(it wasnt for me ), then you can stack a bunch of things if you have the money for it.DO NOT TAKE: MAN CLOUT - Contains high doses of NAC, which is a no no on X-Factor. CONTROVERSIAL(TIME WILL TELL): Nettle Root Extract - Boost free test, but has anti-flammatory properties. Trials are ran right now to find out. CAN TAKE: CREATINE - This should probably be the first priority if you wanna run something extra on X-Factor. I would run a creatine a month in advance so I can tell if X-Factor is working better.. ECDYSTERONE - Though I am no fan, especially of these lower dosed products, it can be ran. Suggestions: SciVation Anagen, Bulk Ecdysterone BCAA - Recovery is key while trying to gain mass, especially with the additional doms from X-Factor. Suggestions: Scivation Xtend, Controlled Labs Purple Wraath NO2 - For those who want to waste their money, or their pre-workout drink has it, then go ahead and take it, but X-Factor provides nice enough pumps. POWERFULL/SYMMETRY - Big thumbs up! These are probably comparable to X-Factor, stacking them would be a KILLER in my opinion. TESTOSTERONE SUPPORT - If you are fairly aged, you can take something to increase your test for better results. Suggestions: Diesel Test, Scivation Fenotest, ATD, 6-OXO ADDITIONAL X-Factor is a great tool for recomp, so feel free to make a mix of bulking/cutting supplements while at maintance calories or so. Its up to you. HOW TO DOSE Quote:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | That's a pretty sweet little write-up you got there. But I have a few things to add. 1) The main issue with sleep is magnesium related so go that route first. After that, generic sleep aids are diphenhydramine which is an anti-histamine and should be okay to use to help one get into a good sleepng pattern. 2) The headaches are potassium related. If you experience headaches, either increase potassium rich foods or supplement with potassium. Keep increasing intake until headaches subside and then maintain at that level. 3) Ice is highly effective for joint pain. And I don't think anyone needs to worry about bone loss from AA in this case. 4) Sesamin appears to be okay to take with XF. But that isn't set in stone yet. 5) Taking forskolin with XF would be redundant and unnecessary. 6) NAC isn't a problem with X-Factor. I personally love MAN Clout and would recommend taking it preworkout then using either Orotine or creatine monohydrate post workout.
