Default My supps


is this okay? I would like to get myself down to around 15% bf by the end of the yr right now i am at 24%. I have a clean diet and hopefully these supps would make my progress better.

Designer whey
creatine
multivitamins
omega 3s
vitamin c
dextrose (actually i use gatorade powder.. which is mostly dex anyway)
hydroxycut (i don't take it ALL the time like what i says on the bottle. I only use it before workouts to give me more energy and etc.)

How about glutamine, do you think i would see more progress if i used it?

supplements look okay. What type of creatine are you taking?


Also supplements are something that just help, they don't make you lose weight. Nutrition is the key. Remember 6packs are made in the kitchen!

About glutamine. To me it works, but not very much, and it is extremely expensive per dosage. So I would stay away from it for now

20-30g of L-Glutamine or Peptides is what your looking for in a day.

Like trick said your diet and cardio will determine the amount of fat you lose not the supplements. On that note beyond the hydroxy the only supplement you have listed that will help you lose fat is the Omega 3. They're all good muscle building supps but won't assist your fat loss (esp the dextrose which I hope you only take during or post workout with your creatine) . Add a good green tea supp or drink a lot of it and add some Sesathin.

Yeah, add a multi antioxidant or some green tea for a little energy before a workout.

I wouldn't try to go lower then 2,500 when losing weight for calories. Use cardio to take the fat off.

Yeah i take dex and creatine only PWO. How many cups of green tea a day?
