Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | is this okay? I would like to get myself down to around 15% bf by the end of the yr right now i am at 24%. I have a clean diet and hopefully these supps would make my progress better. Designer whey creatine multivitamins omega 3s vitamin c dextrose (actually i use gatorade powder.. which is mostly dex anyway) hydroxycut (i don't take it ALL the time like what i says on the bottle. I only use it before workouts to give me more energy and etc.) How about glutamine, do you think i would see more progress if i used it? Thanks |

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | supplements look okay. What type of creatine are you taking? Also supplements are something that just help, they don't make you lose weight. Nutrition is the key. Remember 6packs are made in the kitchen!

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | About glutamine. To me it works, but not very much, and it is extremely expensive per dosage. So I would stay away from it for now

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Yeah, add a multi antioxidant or some green tea for a little energy before a workout. I wouldn't try to go lower then 2,500 when losing weight for calories. Use cardio to take the fat off. |
