I was done growing vertically at 13, been 5'9" for the past 8 years. But when I did grow it was everywhere but up. Back at 15 it wasn't "strange" for me to increase all my lifts 10+lbs a month eating like crap. When my nutrition and training was in check, I was lifting with the 300lbs linemen. I was the ONLY person under 250lbs in the 1000lb club (eventually 1200lb club). That was still with crap-ass nutrition and only whey/creatine/glutamine. The BASICS.

What more do we want? Quit taking Tylenol PM to sleep would work. If you have trouble sleeping go see a doctor. Using OTC drugs to help is baaaaaaaad.

just a suggestion, but i wouldn't use an NSAID for a sleep aid
