Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Um... this is my current supplement stack, id be glad to hear any comments, this is a cheap ass supplement stack because im in school and im not made of money. GNC Mega Men Multi (twice daily) Blueberry Extract (three times daily) Green tea Extract (for my cuts, three times daily) Folic Acid (1mcg once daily, not really for my workout supplementation tho) Melatonin (one before workouts) WHEY (this is kind of obvious) Glutamine (twice daily) Ya, thats about it, the melatonin seems to be working well. I think im getting too accoustomed to the green tea extract, so it isnt giving me the same effect. Ya, I dont really know any cheap drug store supplements for mass building. I should probably post the units of each capsule/scoop but im too lazy right now. Any comments/suggestions would be great. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Melatonin taken 75 minutes pre-workout boosts GH levels and when taken at that time it should not cause sleepiness. I read that somewhere, I think it was M&F not sure if that is a credible source or not |
