Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Hello everyone, I am new to this site also. I did search but since leukic is so new results came up with nothing. My question is what is the best way to take the pills? The label says to take one serving in the morning as a dietary supplement. One workout days take one right before the workout. For extreme results take two servings per day, one morning and one night. I would like to start off just one serving a day. However I dont want to just assume im correct and be wrong. So for the off days from the gym i take one serving in the morning. Workout days, just take one right before the workout and skip morning serving? thanks guys, i know how newbie this sounds but rather be safe than sorry i suppose. *also any reviews thus far would be awesome. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | everyone was new to supplements at one point or another. i say stick to the basics: 1. multivitamin 2. whey 3. creatine 4. fish/flax seed oil check out this sticky as well: http://ironmass.com/forums/showthread.php?t=812 muscletech is known to make outrageous claims on overpriced products. stay away from them if you can. but since you already have leukic, use it! :nosthumbs also shopping online is alot better than gnc, vitaminworld, etc. saves lots of money.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | thanks for the info. im doing multivitamin and whey protein. i eat a lot of fish also. however, i have stayed away from creatine for the most part. im not looking to bulk up too much. just interested in adding lean muscle mass. thanks for the link. i had a GNC gold card (20%) so for the most part i paid $3 more than the lowest online price i saw. and i didnt have to wait to get it. live and learn ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | creatine is a great way to add lean mass! as for the gold card i have one as well, i prefer shopping online though because of the limited amount of products and companies they have at gnc.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | i was under the impression creatine retained water in your cells, thus gaining water weight, which would be lost once off creatine. ???? once again im no supplement buff - an old workout parter too creatine (cell-tech) with no noticable gains in size or strength |
