Multis - Making Pee Bright Yellow!

I'd been using a type of multi for a few months and from the first day of using it my pee became luminous yellow.

I've now switched to a different multi and no longer get bright yellow pee.

Does this mean the multi isn't working/potent enough?

It could mean a couple different things, but most likely the multi you are taking now isn't as potent. If you've been drinking a lot more water lately this would also make a difference.

What are the 2 multis?

Save that pee, it's expensive.

It's ok, just drink alot of water, if you are...then...save the pee

it has to do with vitamin B I do believe, I won't swear to it. Check out the difference between the two vitamins.

... animal pak is the only multi that ever turned my piss bright yellow...

It's from riboflavin (B2) if I remember correctly, but it is normal.

The one you used to take has a lot more B2 in it, 50mg compared to 1.6mg.

John, I also noticed that the 2nd multi has a lot less in it than the 1st... Will it be wise to spend more & go back to the first or will the 2nd be enough?

its the B vitamin no doubt, when i take my b complex my piss gets quite yellow.

That's debatable. Chances are you need more than 100% of the RDA if you are an active person, but it gets to the point where you are just pissing your money in the toilet. I'd opt for one that is a bit more potent personally though.

AST multi x32 is what i use and my pee is also mountain dewish color. but atleast i know its working.

If you drink enough H20, your urine will be clear regardless of how many vitamins you are taking. It is the B and C vitamins making ya yellow, however.

It's the B component. Since I started using a B-complex a couple of months ago the same thing has happened. I drink a lot of water but it still occurs for about 4 hours.

Same here. It doesn't matter how much water I drink, it's still there, although much less when I'm properly hydrated.

It is the B vitamins. If you take an extra B you can drink a lot of water and most likely your pee will still be yellow.
