I love this store. www.wildoats.com

If you're unfamiliar with it, it's kinda the same as Mother's, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe's.

currently im finishing off my last bottle of AST Multi Pro X32. they are a great multi but when i looked into NOWs ADAM multi i decided to try them out. ill decide which to use after i finish off the ADAMs.

That's what I'm currently using too and I'm almost out .. just looking at other options.

i think NOWs ADAM has greater amounts of vit and minerals than AST does, and also it has a few things AST doesn't have in it. the only problem with it i think is that its two pills per serving instead of one. i take two AST every day so i guess ill need to take 4 ADAMs a day. i think thats the only downside (im going to be taking an INSANE amount of pills for this upcoming cycle).

I too used to use Animal pack, but now I use Opti-Men from ON. My wife uses Opti-Women. I like it better, and it's cheaper. :bigthumbu
