What doses would you dose them at? Do you think 25g a day of Leucine is enough?? What do you suggest for cutting as a cheaper alternative? |

however, the study that shows this was done on a low-protein diet. with a high protein diet this may not act the same way. i've searched a didn't see anyone who has tried leucine along and could compare it to leucine, so why not give them both a shot and compare the two?

BTW, I've seen 1 kg of Mixed BCAAs for $30, but I can't vouch for the quality. P.S. Raw BCAAs actually mix well with our grape "whey fruity" protein. You pay a few more bucks for the extra flavoring and sweeteners but it makes life easier when you add the BCAAs in. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I bought 100g of bulk leucine for fun and have been putting 4-5 grams of it in with a scoop of whey during my workouts. I'm having it with whey protein so that it is not completely out of balance. I'm going to try it for 100g and see what happens. I agree however that taking one in excess seems a bit off. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Check the update I added to the "BCAA/EAA and when to use them thread". Apparently chronically elevated leucine levels don't really work. |
