My ideas: Creatine 1 serving a day can do it: 3g CEE - 90g CEE > $5.50 1g MCC - 30g MCC > $3 3g GMS - 90g GMS > $3-4 250mg K-R-ALA > $7 75g Dextrose(lol jk) Would be around 20 bucks or so if you make it yourself, its like a mix of Thunder/Green Bulge but better dosed IMO.
