word up! B complex, green tea or yerba matte, and honey. best preworkout energy booster no jitters or puking and your not still wired after dinner when trying to recover.

Thank you all very much. I actually dont live more than an hour drive from a Beefarm and have bought honey which I take with green tea pre workout .
I tried Maca and didnt find it was for what I was looking for again thanks
