| Pro Stature | I've just finished my second bottle of cAMP and looking for another low-/non-stimulant fat burner. This doesn't need to be strictly night time supplementation. I've read some logs of Basic Cuts and it looks like it might be what I'm looking for. Venom Lean Dreams appears to be for sleep and recovery and less for fat burning (although it promotes fat oxidation based on my research). My problem is that stimulants tend to hit me fairly hard so I try to avoid them during the day so I'm not a jittery mess during the day at work. I use AX Rampage before cardio for the extra rush on my cardio days, but won't use it as part of a daily dosing schedule. What do you fellow IM'ers recommend? Can you post links to any reviews I may have missed if you have a recommendation? Thanks in advance -

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 61 | If you're serious about getting lean, your number of non-cardio days should only be 1 or 2. If you're really crazy serious about getting lean, you should even consider doing cardio 2X a day. Make sure your diet is perfect. I've personally used Sesamin, CLA, Lipo 6, and the ALRI Venom Tri-Lean System. All were good in terms of results I had on while on them, but I also had great results without them too. If cardio and diet are on point, the effects of any fat loss supplements are hard to measure... they don't really help all that much. If you have money to burn, try Sesamin or Venom special tactics + Lean dreams. But upping cardio and tightening the diet are always the first things to do when looking to take fat loss to the next level.

upperA/cardio/lowerA/cardio/upperB/cardio/lowerB/cardio/repeat and cardio is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach ... I'm already taking sesamin 3-4 times a day with meals, and finally starting to get the diet in check ... maybe that's all I need appreciate the input, madman
