Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Sorry to link to the rival site, but I just found it there. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hp/creatine.html I don't want to pay too much for it, since I want to see if I like the results first. Also, it doesn't specify if this is a powder or what? Anyone know? I also had one last question: I am going to take this before I work out; should it be taken directly before? Or will that cause fatigue if I do it right before? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | You can get the same product for the same price from one of our sponsors, and Primaforce is a company I would trust more than Higher Power (after the whole CEE issue last spring). http://***************.com/product_i...roducts_id=161 Also, bulk CEE: http://***************.com/product_i...roducts_id=193 OR http://customnutritionwarehouse.com/...8b66dd15b576af Personally I like CEE better because it doesn't give me the bloat that monohydrate did, bt there's nothing wrong with monohydrate. |

I'd still recommend CEE though just based on my personal experience with both.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I think I'm gonna try CL's Green Buldge next... .but I got the Higher Powered CEE just because I was on a tight budget last month, and well.. I think it sucks personally... I notice very little to no difference if I use it or dont use it.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I've heard good things about Green Bulge. If money's not the main issue, these are the products that were recommended to me recently: Green Bulge Clout Thunder NOS Ether Storm Xpand |

With creatine monohydrate it's best to take both pre and post workout. John also suggested CEE which is what I personally recommend over monohydrate. Click here for info on what CEE is. And also click here for my recommendations on which CEE products are the best to get. I personally would stay away from the SciFit bulk cee as they had some quality control issues in the past with other products, so I stay away from them. Plus CNW's bulk CEE has a lab report showing you it's quality.

| IMPC Contestant | I bought HP's CEE (1000 grams) and although I have little muscle mass for the creatine to be absorbed into, I thought it would make some sort of difference. I noticed little to no difference, and it doesn't help that the stuff tastes like battery acid.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I know there are non-respondandts for the Creatine Monohydrate, does that happen with the CEE? Or is it the higher powered thats doing nothing for me? I feel like I'm drinking that nasty stuff for no reason o_O

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | There are also non-reponders to Kre-Alk of which NOS Ether is a variety of. I had 0 gain from that whereas I have done well with GB and Thunder. However, I am planning on investing in a good bulk CEE and AEE powders to save a little cash on my off days and post-workout. |
