You may want to read this. I thought it was quite humerous.

"Flex article March 2006 p. 103-108"

When it comes to maximum size and cuts, these are the most advanced spplements on the market:

Anator- P70 (Muscletech)
17-HD (Vyotech)
Oleoylethanolamide (OEA)
Endothil-CR
Propionyl-L- Carnitine
Rutaecarpine
Urtica Dioica

Isn't it funny that Vyotech and muscletech are listed #1 and #2 on the list of 7 when they are probably the two biggest spenders when it comes to advertising cough*crap* supplements? Not to mention Anator-P70 hasn't even came out yet, so why is Flex praising them?? Hmm...

Oh on a side note. They show David Henry's workout, and even though almost everyone knows he trains DC, they show his workouts with 4 tricep exercises.

Exactly. Amanda was asking me today why I even get flex since I bash it so much. There are two reasons. #1. THe pictures are killer. 2. Their results are good. That is about it. Their exercises they say the pros do are so wrong it isn't funny. They bash certain people for going against them, aka Craig Titus (way before the murder). They are just assholes. MD is sooooo much better!

Yep... David Henry told me personally that he's a DC'er....

You too?!?! I have already pre ordered them all. I mean doesn't Green Tomato Extract + Wild Yams= hugeness?

17 HD is only wild yam extract, although they make you think it is m1t in a bottle. Endotril is Green Tomato Extract which has promise but no studies I have read shows any gains in the gym.

Lol... I re-read the article. And they do mention he trains DC, but then said that he tries a workout with 4 exercises with multiple sets with no pause in between sometimes. So I was a bit wrong about what I said earlier, but It doesn't look like a David Henry workout to me.
