| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Well I have tried their creatine with Taurine in it, and I am not ashamed to say that it works decent and tastes really good. I would try it, definitely for the price!

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | I heard about it, but I have not seen it. Their products are very good, a lot use them and they are some of the best ones out there IMO. I believe from what I heard it's like 300g of Glutamine for $9 and there is 66 servings or so...correct? Did you read the label? |

| Silver Member | that is correct and they suggest your take it 1 or 2 servings a day, a serving being 1 teaspoon. i am hoping it will help in sync with protein intake and maybe prompt more growth, provided i keep training hard. oh and by the way i am reading your 3 big lifts article , i am enjoying it and hoping to get some hints on how to raise my deadlift weight. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | If you are taking in enough protein per day (1-1.5g per lb) then glutamine becomes a little overkill. However, if itr works for you, then stick with it. I just tend to stick with the basics when it comes to supplements. |
