Default L-Tyrosine or L-Taurine?

Which is a better overall energy product?

I've read that L-Tyrosine was the better of the two, I just wanted more input. I can try them both though, I have plenty of bb.com credit .

I've tried both... Tyrosine is better as an energy supplement. However, ALCAR (Acetyl-L-Carnitine) is the best
